Improved Customer Support

Our goal is to give our customers the very best support and to that end, we have created a new support portal for you. In addition to having space for company announcements and offering cleaner visuals for your support requests and feedback, we are also adding interactive chat support for quicker response.

In our old service, discussions were public by default and now support is private. This helps keep our customers personal data hidden from others. If you want to share information with other customers, you can still do so in our Public Community Section. If you want to post to our Community, just create a login. You can always browse and read posts without a login.

I'm excited about what we can do with this new site and I'm looking forward to interacting more with you to help you get the most out of our software.
