If you purchased from our website directly, you will have been emailed a receipt from No Thirst Software with an order number starting with "NTS" and followed by numbers broken up by two hyphens. Please send an email to email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number.
If you purchased from the Mac App Store, you'll have a receipt from Apple. Please contact Apple Mac App Store Support click on the Account and Billing button and request a refund. Please be specific about why and make sure you explicitly ask for your money back, i.e. "Please refund my purchase".
If you purchase from the iTunes App Store, please click on the Report a Problem link on your receipt or from your iTunes purchase history. Then click the Report a Problem on your purchase history for the product you want refunded. Please be specific about why and make sure you explicitly ask for your money back, i.e. "Please refund my purchase".
